How to Live Well with Diabetes

Do you have diabetes? Don't panic !!! We have good news for you that you still can live well even you have diabetes.

Just follow these tips below :

Eats a variety of healthy foods
You should eat more grain, bean, cereal, vegetables and fruits

Eat less fat.
Choose less fat meat like chicken and fish.
Bake or broil meat to reduce fat.

Take body exercise 30 minutes a day
Take just light exercise like Walking, cycling or swimming. It helps our body to release more insulin.

Regularly check your blood sugar
It's important to check whether your diet is working or not.

Eat less portion but more often to keep your blood sugar in balance.

Use less salt on your foods

Take medication at the right time
